We continue to try to get in a groove. I guess you could say we are, sort of. It's hard to get up early and handle Juliet while not sleeping over night with Sonja. I'm trying to pick up the slack as much as I can. We're both really tired but we're getting by.
I took Juju to her last Gymboree of the session today. After the art class we hung out for the play class afterward. I hadn't taken her to one of those in a while. She really has advanced her motor skills. I was surprised to see that she walks across ladder bars like nothin'. At times she would push my hands away when I went to spot her. Did I mention that her attitude is well developed too? She's out of control at those classes. It's like the whole room is a giant obstacle course for her. She just runs from apparatus to apparatus non-stop. It was hard to get her back into the car.
Heather was supposed to stop by and bring us lunch today. Instead she went into labor and delivered her new daughter at ~2:00 AM. So much for our free lunch; b*tch.
Aunt Nina stopped in today. Everyone seems to love the new addition to our fam. And if they don't love her they hide it well. The visit was very low-key. For the most part Nina and I ordered her a computer while Foofoo, Sony, and Hannah slept. That was pretty much it for events of the day.
Juliet seems to be adapting to her new situation better every day. She still doesn't interact with Sonja a whole lot. Of course Sonja doesn't exactly interact back either so I guess she's doing as well as can be expected. We're hoping to get the daughters close enough to get some decent pictures this weekend. We'll see how that goes.
