Sadly another piece of baby gear has been rendered obsolete. The exersaucer is toast. We haven't really been using it much now that Finster is walking, but it was very convenient to "park" her in her saucer and vide when preparing to depart or when just arriving home. It gave you the time needed to load or empty the car, go to the bathroom, etc. However, this day, Hannah put her into the saucer and went back to get dressed. A moment later Juliet came toddling into the room. Apparently she climbed out of her exersaucer and wandered down to find mommy. Needless to say this was a bit of a shocker. It's kinda sad when baby gear becomes obsolete, yet it's exciting to see her develop to the point where she can thwart our efforts to contain her. My mother always wished that I have a child as out of control as I was; apparently she got her wish. |
