Today was the day of our return to the homestead. Thanks to the switch to Daylight Savings Time we started an hour later than we thought it was (which was an hour later than we wanted to). The trip went without incident. Juliet actually slept for about 40 minutes on the way home. We stopped for gas and had lunch. It's interesting to watch Finster toddle around a rest area. She just walks up to people and looks at them. She pretty much always gets a smile. She's so adorable. Anyway we got her home and let her unwind for a while then she went down for a nap. The rest of the day was spent relaxing around the house. |
